Pay and benefits started off great.

Cons

Kept changing pay program resulting in lower income while telling you it would be to your benefit Managers had no management talents, taught to micro manage and toe the company line without regard to their own district composition.

hahaha...ATC management. We all figured out Homenet would go under as soon as we learned of BL's reputation for running divisions. At last they had a company wide meeting on December 4 2013 and let all the sales team go. Why? Because they hired 40 some sales reps, messed up the inventory for several thousand dealerships nationwide, had a huge cancelation rate and could not make HomeNet profitable. Who's next Vin Solutions...I guess autotraders strategy of buying separate companies and trying to be a dealer.com is not working. haha. Jokers.

Pros

A covered parking garage.... that’s about all I can think of.

Cons

Management is unbelievable. Do you have a pulse? Can you type and see? Have you poked your nose around enough to the “right” people and expressed interest in management? Then you ready for management! I promise you... I worked my butt off to ensure that whatever my name was on represented the company to the fullest. I went over and beyond to deliver the best for our clients and internal customers. Unfortunately, I was not appreciated and overworked. It is so sad, but I am thankful that I was able to get out of this toxic environment and go to a company that sincerely loves and listens to their employees! At Autotrader, you’re left to feel like a robot... like you’re replaceable even if you have a wealth of knowledge. To be honest, it is really sad, but nothing is done about it. It is almost as if they sit in a room trying to figure out how to make hard working employees more miserable.
