Decent money for those who work hard. Good people on the street at the local level.

Cons

Company leadership does not know those hard working people on the street. Work/Life balance is terrible. There is no more loyalty, everyone is in it for themselves.

At one time was a pioneer in the space and paid it's reps as such.

Cons

Currently bogged down by multiple project and cost cutting measures they have lost significant numbers of quality reps.

Pros

Ability to work from home, good base pay and benefits, some of the people were really nice, industry leading company that was profitable and growing.

Cons

Micro management. Middle management is over valued and not necessary. Way too many changes and no sense of direction. Company was very arrogant about current status within the industry. They can throw a great party but couldn't take care of their employees woke life balance. Captive customers saw company as "necessary evil" and not a partner in their success. Customers knew company was most expensive option for digital marketing. The ROI just wasn't there.
