      Great co-workers. Create your own schedule. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Those putting in the most work will not always be rewarded and you can look forward to being a number on a spreadsheet. This company has totally forgotten about the employees that helped build it to what it is today. 6-7 years ago people were "bleeding orange", excited to be part of something. You don't see that same excitement anywhere today. Today you so fear, confusion, distrust, and burnout.

      The company is strong and reinvests in new technology.

      Cons

      The local managers were promoted simply by virtue of their sales figures not because they had any prior management positions or have any management skills. They happened to be selling when Autotrader had virtually no competition. They micromanage and team up for any meetings that you have to endure if your sales figures are not over 100%. Competition is hurting them- hard to keep dealers on and happy.
