      Pros

      AutoTrader is part of the COX family and has amazing benefits as a result. Pay is fair based on industry and geographic averages. They throw lots of parties, have plenty of prizes to give away, and are pretty flexible when it comes to work/life balance.

      Cons

      They have meetings to plan meetings and Managers attend these meetings to appear as if they are hard at work. Systems & Reporting were (when I was there) a joke. To be fair, this was probably as a result of the accelerated growth of the company.

      Pros

      Great benefits, great company, pleasant work environment, excellent work-life balance, great achievement reward, great location, available transportation from the train/bus station, beautiful building, some nice people

      Cons

      Consultants are excluded of all-employees activities or giveaways or events or parties. There is a lack of communication between managers and consultants. Consultants have no access to the intranet so there is no way to find out about available internal position until there are posted on the internet
