Great opportunities, lots of work, decent vacation and health benefits, exposure to lots of different departments

Cons

understaffed - extremely concerned about headcount. if anyone leaves or retires, they don't replace the person. The remaining team members are left overwhelmed with a lot of work. Room for process improvement - lots of data manual entry processes that could be avoided. It can get political at times.

Decent pay, good benefits package, bonus

Cons

Once going public, benefits were decreased, bonus was less, and there was a push to bring in less experienced (lower paid) techs to replace more experienced higher paid ones. A move meant to improve the look of their bottom line for investors.
