      None that I can remember.

      Working at AvantStay is like working at a fake company. This "company" is a few individuals who think playing around with venture capital is fun. Employees are as disposable as your old leftovers and do not care about who they hurt. If they say there will be no more layoffs, chances are there's plenty more to come. This company spends money to look "cool," but ultimately, it's a joke and a place where you can ensure your career gets derailed.

      Pros

      Follow employees were supportive and understanding considering we were all in the same boat with our horrible experience.

      Cons

      Constantly being left to work alone with no support from management. If you want to be yelled at for your entire shift by upset customers this job is for you! If you want support from your team you won't receive it. Huge turnover rate.

      Cons

      AvantStay spent several months refusing to publish DEI statistics. They finally shared in our company wide meeting. However, looking at the numbers they shared compared to the company org chart, it is clear that they have fabricated the metrics, particularly in terms of women in leadership.
