There is nothing that I have noticed.

Cons

This company lacks clear communication among its departments and has no clear strategy for growth. A lot of time wasted chasing broken promises.

Some flexibility in day to day schedule

Cons

Company is very unorganized. There is absolutely no work life balance, they expect you to work 24/7. Even on your “days off” you will be getting phone calls, slack messages, etc. and if you just ignore things on your “weekend”, you will have a giant mess and more work to do when you get back. Everyone is unhappy; coworkers, guests, homeowners. Which makes for a a really toxic and unhealthy environment, especially since you never “clock out” of this job. Your just stuck in all that negativity every minute of ever day. While the benefits and salary may seem appealing. It is not worth your mental health.

Remote work; unlimited PTO; decent benefits.

Cons

A very disorganized company hyper focused on growth before implementing systems and processes, and the result is a bad experience for clients who lease their home and have been sold on high profit and zero stress experience . The result is departments who work in silos; each department has different goals and as a result it’s very difficult to be successful in this role. Constantly apologizing and making promises to improve things moving forward, but with little accountability from different departments, it’s impossible to follow through. Every day feels like I am bailing out a sinking ship and management doesn’t seem open to feedback or to actually have clients best interest at heart.
