      You can't go wrong choosing to work for Avantstay

      Pros

      Great work culture, strong SOP's in place, compensation is good. knowledgeable, and mature upper management to assist you. It's a fun job!

      Cons

      Very busy during high season(but you know this is expected if you worked in hospitality before). You work alone and have to be very creative and intentional to work and meet other coworkers. But this isn't that bad.

      Pros

      I have been with AvantStay for over a month and I have never worked with such a supportive team! Everyone is so happy to help each other out even though we are all crazy busy. All other teams I have interacted with have had the same attitude. Exciting time to be at AvantStay!

      Cons

      Constantly working on streamlining processes but that is to be expected from a company in a hyper-growth mode!

      Pros

      If I could give AvantStay more than 5 stars I would in a heartbeat. I haven’t been with the company as long as others, but even someone who has been here for less than a week can see that AvantStay is one of the good ones. The passion of the staff stands out in a big way. It’s obvious people work here because they believe in the company. It isn’t just a paycheck to them.

      Cons

      Still has work to do but they’re on the right path.
