      Growing fast paced company in LA

      Cons

      Not very diverse staff. Older (age wise) workers don’t really respect the younger crowd there even though they know what they’re talking about.

      Straight to the moon

      Pros

      You can’t tell me there’s a company out there with a better culture. You just can’t. I’ve yet to see a company where everyone is willing to step up to the plate because they believe so deeply in the company mission. AvantStay is evolving every single day. There’s no brakes on this rocket ship. We’re going straight to the moon and there’s no stopping us!

      Cons

      Plenty to juggle and the hours can be long. No one said this journey was going to be easy.

      This is a highly dynamic environment where anything can happen at any time and you’re expected to pivot at a moments notice and adapt. My advice to anyone reading this review: do your research before applying. That way you’ll have a good idea whether or not this company is a good fit or not.

      Gotta have tough skin to make it day to day.
