      Pros

      Lots of autonomy with this job. The environment is energetic, hyper, fast moving so on and so forth. The leadership don’t have time to check up excessively on everyone. They expect you to do the job they hired you to do. I think that as the team continues to grow trust is growing. Just goes to show that this company has an exciting future lying ahead.

      Cons

      Some processes have yet to be fully solidified but I’m sure this is a phase we’ll grow out of as the company continues expanding.

      Fast paced start up environment

      Pros

      A fun and friendly work environment. Management aren’t afraid to give you responsibility from the day you start but at the same time they won’t just throw you to the wolves. They are very supportive. You’ll have every tool you need to succeed. If you’re struggling with anything all you have to do is ask. There’s always someone willing and able to help.

      Cons

      You will have to wear many hats. It comes with the territory. Yes it comes with the territory.

      You definitely learn how to succeed very quickly here! It's very true, though, that you won't just be "thrown to the wolves" -- a great thing about this company is that although time is something no one has excess of, there is an understanding that whatever you're trying to accomplish in your role is important to the success of the organization, and they will make time to give you the help you need.       - Stellar coworkers that share in success and give credit when credits due - Management is accessible and helps you achieve your career goals - Lots of room for growth - Fair amount of autonomy - Progressive and transparent culture

      Cons

      Honestly, none. Some work days are much longer than expected but hard work is appreciated.
