Pros

- Great work life balance, work doesn't follow you home - Challenging, in a way that helps you grow and gain self confidence - Supportive team that are helpful and answer questions and give you the tools to help you advance and grow - Hires and promote from within as much as possible. If you want to advance your career or branch somewhere like computer sciences or HR or marketing etc, you can! - Great second job, job for moms, college students, etc. - The work from home program is supportive and you are set up for success. They provide your computer and help you know how to use the software, keep you updated and connected, and keep our training current. They are also flexible. - The facility is amazing and well kept, clean, bright, well equipped, and well stocked. There is an amazing mother's lounge, break room, plenty of quiet spots, places to hang out with coworkers, coffee, snacks, etc. - You are rewarded for good performance - You easily make friends that last a lifetime - There are free mental health benefits, tuition assistance, financial counseling, 401k matching and more! ( even for part time ) - There are often opportunities for overtime / extra hours. - You are actually helping people, no sales, no cold calls, no shady stuff, you are doing work that matters, so it's more than just clocking in and clocking out, you are making a difference. - Every call is different, every day is different, you aren't bored. - Very flexible scheduling - Differentials for graves, Sundays, and Holiday Pay of course.

Cons

- The pay can feel kind of low some days. For college students / super part time work / extra income it's good. - The attendance policy doesn't reward people for picking up shifts very much and can easily punish people for others' unwillingness to cover you which is beyond your control. - Some days can be hard and emotionally draining, but we are supported and we are given resources such as free counseling. - The goals for times you are on the calls are pretty reasonable but sometimes you can go over through no fault of your own, or can just have a really bad week, and it's really stressful because you want to give good customer service and take the time to thoroughly solve issues, but also not take too much time so that you can help other people. I think sometimes stats are too much of a focus, but there is a good point behind it and they do help and encourage and reward you, they don't punish.
