Truly lives the purpose and culture described during training, everyone is respected regardless of title, exceptional co-workers, excellent growth opportunity, leadership development encouraged and supported, flexible schedule.

Cons

Communication could be better between the branches.

Pros

- The #1 Pro is absolutely the culture at AvantGuard. They actively work to make it a growth environment where people can feel safe and grow while making a difference in the lives of their clients. - Fun work environment. - Great opportunity for part-time, flexible scheduling! With some of the best pay around the area for part-time, they are a great company to work for while going to school, or just looking to put in some extra hours. - They also have full-time positions available, but most of the hiring is done internally, so everybody gets a chance to understand what everybody else is doing.

Cons

-The main thing I'd say is just that if you're looking for full-time work, it does take a little bit of time in onboarding and training before you are able to getting full-time hours, and there aren't many opportunities for overtime. That being said, their schedule is still very flexible if you are wanting to pick up extra hours.
