Cons

The upper management really needs to change. We often times felt manipulated and were promised things with no follow through. Absolutely no way to move up unless you are buddy buddy with upper management. Look up the recent articles about progenity overbilling patients before if you want to see what kind of company you will be working for.

Super easygoing. Free food every now and then

Cons

No standard of procedure for accessioning specimens. You had to learn verbally which left a lot of room for error. I had 3 different supervisors in the 8 months I was there. A lot of employees would stay overtime out of the goodness of their heart to finish accessioning with barely a short thank you email for their efforts in return .
