      Remarkable company at Corporate level but very different at site level

      Pros

      Strategies are well defined at Corporate level with simpler and faster. SMART objectives. Clear OGSM. Favorable SWOT Analysis.

      Cons

      Unprofessional and immature people at higher positions with little visibility to the business and reality on ground resulting in driving efforts of the entire organisation in a wrong direction. Lack of sustainability and lot of unethical attitudes including back biting, leg pulling, etc.

      Compliance is very important. Compensation is ok.

      Cons

      Values are managed by gossips. Many people that have worked only in Avery, so the people does not know how to do different things, reluctancy to implement process as a real World Class Company. Favoritism vs Effort. No work life Balance, worst practices. Systems 20 years old!!!

      No history of sales reps being promoted Sales people are treated like underdogs There is never a Career Plan or path to follow to move upwards Salary increases are minimal Inconsistent management - knew people who had 6 different managers in 3 years - They do mistakes on payments of sales commissions, and they rarely accept them and make them right
