Pros

The employees are absolutely wonderful. They are all genuinely wanting to collaborate and support one another. The organization touches so many industries and we make some really cool things. Organization has many tenured employees and is fairly stable considering the constant layoffs at other major companies that are occurring.

Cons

Mandatory return to office is masked as collaboration, but in reality it is a control factor. There are many roles that do not actually need to be in person and are very independent, and those should be given an exception to be remote.

All the programs benefits and small things that the company offers you is genuinely good, they also take their promotions and employee recognition seriously.

Cons

Toxic management team, when I was hired in, I was told by almost every person working there, including most of the management team that they failed to hire 40+ people. Everything from my training to my termination seemed like a complete mismanagement on the company's behalf and disgruntlement from the current employees working there. I'm under the impression that they're under a corporate review for possible closure of that location due to lack of long term sustainability and maintaining employees. Well, I don't imagine.It's every person's personal experience with this specific branch of the company.I was terminated due to being potentially set up by my trainer.Who had expressed multiple times they were disgruntled with the company and had an issue with me working there.Because in their opinion, I was their replacement.
