Obviously it varies from department to department but the employee retention rate is pretty high. Benefits wise its pretty mid honestly speaking, so i'd attribute this to the absence of mid-level managers (again, varies from dept to dept!)

Cons

Low innovation for some locations. It's an older working environment so embrace of new thinking/solution can be improved. Though corporate wise theres push to improve innovation.
