Have a point system for absences that do not have any leeway for mental health or events that are out of your control (flat tire, accident on the way to work) you get a point for any absence and it takes a year for that point to reset. Not a calendar year, a year from the event. So if you had an emergency and had to take a point day on the anniversary of that day the point would reset. They don't tell you that if you have 5 points you cannot get a yearly raise. Management is completely divorced from the factory floor, only focusing on what can be earned for the top and constantly taking away from their employees. Management is waiting for a big government contract to come down and not working on getting work in the meantime leaving employees on edge.

Lack of communication almost everywhere. Heat conditions are poorly and can verge on serious health issues like heat stroke. We ask for better, more fairly distributed, pay and bonuses. Thinks free food will suffice when surveys (GPTW) show that pay is the issue, be it hourly/salary or even additional incentives. If you're hourly, you get 2 bonuses a year but salary only get one. Some that have been with the company over 20 years make the same if not less than those under 5yrs. The list can truly go on.
