Pay is decent. Seems to be in line with the market. Benefits are ok.

Cons

There’s little opportunity for advancement. No real company culture. Senior management is very bureaucratic and afraid to make decisions. The company is a Frankenstein of various acquisitions that don’t work in harmony. Constant restructuring, failed projects, with mid and lower level employees ultimately getting laid off for the mistakes of senior management who refuse to step in and make decisions. Big push to outsource positions to India and basically “do more with less.”
