We get paid; Great place to learn how NOT to run a manufacturing business.

Cons

Major focus is on making the company look good "on paper," but real-life day-to-day operations are a fiasco. Engineering expertise is questionable. Absentee-managers who don't understand manufacturing, only how to "cook the books" to make their particular areas look good. Steadfast refusal to listen to long-time, experienced employees. Disturbing pattern of not replacing people who quit - people like GM's, HR reps, etc. Don't pay vendors on time. No appreciation for the importance of maintenance.

Pros

Friendly people, benefits and pay are fantastic. They offer family leave and excellent vacation. So far it is a great job, and I see myself staying for a long time. There is significant opportunities for training and education, and you're encouraged to take most of it, if it applies to your role. I feel that this company does care about its people.

Cons

Old Fashioned management structure: all men except for one woman. They're working on it but you don't see many women in senior positions. I'd also like to see more work from home possibilities and updated facilities (although I think there's plans for that too).
