I like the work I do and the people I work with.

Cons

The pay and benefits aren't very impressive. A good annual review doesn't really amount to much when it comes to pay increases.

Come with the best healthcare workers around! Hospital is closer to home, compared to a longer and farther driving time. Doctors are very professional and personal with you.

I love my job, I love the ability to learn more to be more helpful.

Cons

We are either short staffed or have staff that don't know what they're doing. I end up helping do more of other people's jobs who get paid way more than me. They don't pay much to help with schooling, some bosses seem to only punish certain people. The pay is a lot less than competitors.
