Learned a lot, they are small so don’t have a lot of free money for nicer employee freebies, but boss was good enough and people were nice.

Cons

Small place, tight budgets, pay is okay but okay for small town, there should be some feedback tool for management, some are good, some are not, staff would probably tell them who is worth working for

Family atmosphere among staff, free CEU's for classes taken, nursing shared governance in place, tuition reimbursement to better yourself in college, great Sim Lab and education department.

Cons

No accountability for violating policies - including physicians, not being standardized in care/practice across all 3 campuses, more focus needs put on our patients
