      Pros

      People who work at Avive are very smart and dedicated to doing great work together and ultimately making a positive impact to save lives. Team members are supportive and helpful. We work hard and enjoy spending time together aside from work as well. Monthly hosted happy hours are a nice way to engage with others as we celebrate work anniversaries, birthdays, holidays or just because. The leadership team is strong and visionary. They look forward to the future and communicate goals so that each department knows what their goals are to reach the overall company goals. They are also very approachable people and are open to casual conversation or deeper discussions.

      Cons

      The company moves at a fast pace. Things are always changing (whether positive or sometimes challenging) but is normal for a growing company. Some structures within departments are still being defined/built.
