      Pros

      Avive is a wonderful place to work! The team is super supportive and collaborative. It is clear the company cares about the people and the mission. It is so refreshing!

      Cons

      It is a startup, so priorities can change and there is a lot to do. Maybe not for everyone.

      Supportive and Collaborative Work Environment

      Pros

      All departments work well together to achieve company goals and are very supportive in providing individuals with the resources needed to meet objectives (i.e. Marketing providing Sales with industry specific one-pagers). Individual efforts and contributions and recognized and celebrated at monthly meetings. SDRs are given helpful resources for prospecting.

      Cons

      Rejection to a newer device/company entering the market, but the support is there for how to overcome this!

      This team cares about saving lives. We never blame each other, we spend our energy lifting each other up and getting to the goal line together.

      Cons

      You'll start talking to your friends outside of work about open roles at Avive.
