Fast pace environment, keeps you extremely busy all the time. Very interesting opportunities to take Plenty of nice, talented and dedicated people. Good terms and conditions

Cons

Everything driven by the short-term quarterly results rather than anything else. Top-down management with no empowerment (except for the privilege of being blamed) and no consideration for people. The opposite is claimed of course...

Left over positive legacy from its earlier association with DuPont is the only good thing about this company. Compensation is above industry average but may not last long.

Cons

Poor work culture and too much petty politics. Low standards of ethics and values. People management leaves a lot to be desired. Not a company to work for the long term. Avoid it if you can.
