Management has limited experience but is not open to new ideas or new ways of working. It's like working in the stone ages. Management doesn't listen to issues/risks or help to remove roadblocks .

Use to love working here- leadership turned over and it over night it became the worse place to work. Leadership within HR is horrible and dehumanized.
