Pros

Great place to get experience working on the some of the latest capital equipment technology. Great working environment every one is friendly and helpful. Does it best to keep its people there when busness is slow.

Cons

Gets hit hard by the cyclical nature of the Semiconductor industry, when its slow expect to burn vacation time and take a week or too off unpaid.

The people and managers are very friendly.They are very professional and work very hard to keep customers satisfied.

Cons

The working hours can be very long and tiring. and upper Management has no clue to customer wants and does what they want to .This causes loss of market share .
