Pros

Always treated well by management and coworkers- well compensated and excellent benefits. Considering the tough business conditions in the Semiconductor Industry as a whole, I always appreciated how good of a position and company this was to work for.

Cons

Not much room for advancement, but considering times were tough in the Industry, it's the only "bad" thing to say.

Pros

Great People - Helpful, Caring, Hard Working, Knowledgeable, etc. Nice Facilities Lots of Tech to learn Fast Paced, a little chaotic due to industry roller-coaster and low volume - Almost fun is you like the excitement. Pretty sure all future jobs will be boring! Health and Medical are good - but continue to go up and up and up...

Cons

Industry Roller-Coaster is rough on employees - Doesn't matter how hard management tries they still hit the employee base. Some recent year policy changes have really hit employees hard. Product Decisions have lost market share in recent years. Policy Changes continue to erode employee benefits.... just being competitive will catch up with the company eventually.
