Pros

I've worked here for a few years now and I really enjoy working here. Between the people, the atmosphere, and the interesting work the job is pretty rewarding.

Cons

The semiconductor industry naturally has its peaks and valleys. However considering their low market share, I wonder about how long they will be around.

Pros

Some great people, good location, nice facility. Flexible life/work balance.

Cons

Way too many managers in this company. Eaton ran this place very well. 12 years ago, CEO gambled on batch tools and lost. Late to the game in single wafer. They have been paying the price in lost business ever since.

A good collection of people in a lovely facility.

Cons

The leadership of the company is not respected or considered competent by its employees, by its customers, or by Wall Street. A dramatic change needs to occur if this company is to continue. Unfortunately, its more likely the company will be acquired or simply close up shop. It's downward spiral since it IPO continues.
