1)Average Base Pay , No Bonus offered , Pay may not meet the industry standards for your work experience 2)Very little to No Annual increment . ( may be about 2 %) 3)LayOffs every year . So high job instability due to the nature of the semiconductor industry. 4)No Recognition offered for work done 5)Very little scope for automation

Great Team members, Very flexible personal time, great benefits, and good training Fun activities, They have a great team for that too.

Cons

No room for professional or personal growth. Management need to be aware of every employee background and utilize it to get the best of him/her! Salary is not that good, with the job description, unless you like traveling a lot.

Dedicated, professional workforce with strong engineering and technical product portfolio. A proud history of leading edge products and innovations to the Ion Implant industry.

Cons

Poor insight into the overall market drivers resulting in the wrong products at the wrong times. Axcelis has no sense of urgency for a company that seems to be spiraling it's way into oblivion. A top heavy management structure focused inwardly instead of on their customer's needs.
