There are none at this point.

Cons

So much turnover. I had zero turnover for 2 years while I was there. New management came in with all their friends from banks where they failed. New management removed all good employees to make room for their failing friends. Management has no clue about banking based on their past experiences.

There are no pros at all. The CEO is self-centered and can't even talk with the team members; he requires notes, and human resources protects him.

Cons

You are a slave, and senior management is all self-centered.

The paycheck was decent and always came on time, but the problems that come along with it just made me want to quit.

Cons

The lackluster training they provided new employees, as well as the lack of any kind of support from management, made it difficult for them to acclimate to the workplace, leading to lots of stress and decreased work efficiency. Overall treatment was terrible, with the managers having unprofessional attitudes. Hard work wasn't recognized by them at all, and the people that get any kind of reward are those that suck up to them.
