Pros

The only thing that was kind of good was the insurance.

Cons

Numerous issues that I can think of, including fast turnover rate, lack of professionalism, poor culture, and severe lack of communication. The high turnover rate speaks volumes about its inability to retain talented and committed employees. This instability negatively impacts productivity and customer service. Moreover, the overall lack of professionalism within the organization is evident in how employees are treated and how business is conducted. This culture fosters a negative and demoralizing work environment, where employees feel undervalued and unsupported. Overall, Axiom Bank fails to establish a professional, positive, and transparent work environment, which ultimately hinders both employee and organizational success. Would recommend anyone to proceed with caution.

Avoid this "bank" at all costs!

Pros

There are zero pros at this point.

Cons

Incapable leadership from the top all the way down. The COO and CIO being the worst as they can barely spell Axiom or turn their own computers on. They brought in their cronies from other larger banks (in which they were all failures at) and ruined an already struggling bank. Bravo. An 8 year old kid knows financial business 101 better than these guys. I would never trust them with anyone's money. They know how to spend it and that's it. Add to that, the incredibly toxic work environment which stems from the narcissistic, egotistical and incompetent leadership. Avoid them as both an employer and a bank. Though they may not be around much longer to be either.

Thank you for expressing your opinion. It sounds like you were not pleased with your experience at the bank. Axiom has hired many experienced leaders and bankers who are working hard everyday to ensure that the bank remains a success. Unfortunately, to ensure our future success, there have been some difficult decisions that needed to be made which negatively affected some of our team members. We certainly wish you the best and will continue to work on making Axiom Bank a great place to work.

Executive Management should resign immediately.

Pros

No pros just cons. Executive management treats their employees horribly. They are extremely unprofessional, unstable, and use intimidation tactics to try to get their way.

Cons

This is bank is unhealthy and executive management has drove it into the ground. They do not reward employees for their hard work. All they do is cut expenses and lay hard honest working people off. It’s disgusting how they are still in charge.
