      Pros

      I love the growth, transparency, and work ethic here . I was sourced so I didn't know much about the company at first but by the end of it all I was very bought into the people and mission. Very different from what I was used to as far as culture, engagement, and overall happiness. Everyone is so easy to get along with, always willing to help, and incredibly sharp. Just a really good environment where you feel like you matter and you're actually making a difference.

      Cons

      Not really a con but things move quickly and there is always a lot to do as with any start up.

      Axios is a great place to work for people who are committed to building something new and collaborating with smart colleagues. People are friendly and the new office has a great view!

      Normal growing pains and occasionally the feeling of trying to do too much at once.
