Pros

If you're looking for a place where new ideas are encouraged and heard, this is a great place to be. Things move fast here, and the energy is palpable when you walk in. The founders really seem to care about the employees. They're here to support and that creates a supportive and innovative culture.

Cons

As with any startup, there's a risk involved.

Pros

Super smart people, with a great attitude, working to get things done Willingness to innovate and try new things The chance to work on hard and important journalistic problems

Cons

Solving all those things is hard! Also bridging the gap between the culture and expectations of technology development and a breaking news cycle has some growing pains...we're working on it.

Pros

It has all of the energy and willingness to take risks of a startup; it has all of the integrity and expectations of excellence of great media company

Cons

The company is growing and changing super fast, and while the founders make transparency a priority, even more chances for employees to ask them questions would be even better
