Friendly and fun coworkers that are enjoyable to work with; an environment that makes you feel comfortable asking questions; management that encourages you to push yourself and is eager to help anyone, anytime.

Cons

There are the regular growing pains that come with any new company.

Pros

You get the chance to work with some of the smartest and most passionate people in journalism. Everyone believes in Axios' mission and you're surrounded by people that want to see you and the company succeed. It's an incredible place to start out, learn from the best, and have the chance to grow.

Cons

While there are some, more company-wide outings/activities would be awesome.
