Pros

-- The opportunities to do new things and experiment are limitless -- Working with people from totally different walks of life on a new adventure -- The flexibility to do what I want and where, as long as it fits into the overall and expansive mission of the company --Competitive pay and opportunity to travel

Cons

--Some have complained about working crazy hours, but that is more a function of being in a fast-paced media environment than any one company. Like with anything, people have to know how to draw their own boundaries.
