Pros

Great Mission. World Class Leadership Team. Amazing Marketing and Product teams.

Cons

Sales has way too much influence, and not enough accountability. Must be on at all times. Doesn't have any real performance management standards.

We are grateful for your review. While, we strive to partner with the best and brightest in leadership, it is disappointing to us that you feel we have let you down. We are continuing to work with our managers and sales teams to ensure they have proper training and know how to handle tough situations. Thanks again!

Pros

There are some people that are nice, intelligent, and generally care about getting the job done.

Cons

Boys club where predominantly men get promoted every year while others get left behind. A very high and constant turnover of other employees. Obsessed with image, so you better come from a big name company or had gone to Harward.

Pros

1. Mission of the company is " Save Lives and Protect Truth". It is great knowing everyday that what you are doing is making actual difference in people's lives. 2. Getting to work with some incredibly smart people 3. Fun events like Halloween and Annual Holiday Party 4. Lunch and Learn events 5. Getting to watch people 'Tased' 6. Appreciates employees who contributes towards savings

Cons

1. Dismal work life balance:- Taser tries to operate like a startup where reality is that it's not! This is a 500+ employee company and needs to realign its business strategy to reflect that 2. Talented but inexperienced upper management:- Many of the top management is very young and even though there are very smart, it has to be realized that no amount of smartness can replace for actual experience. Decision driven by this inexperience is often a cause of confusion and unnecessary complications for employees down the chain
