Awesome company culture, great benefits, room to grow, cool tech, great internal structure, never bored, unlimited pto.

Cons

Little free time in this role. When I do get a couple of days to be home I use a lot of that time to prepare to leave again and rest up, but unlimited PTO helps combat that. Can be high-stress at times, but not always.
