the people you work with are awesome, great mission, smart CEO, decent pay, good benefits

Cons

multiple systems in place for communication, starting to care less about employee retention, loss some good people due to new commission pay this year and will be interested to see if they care when they role out new comp plan for next year.

Hyper Growth company with all the same issues as others in this phase

Very strong product offering High level of talent across all pillars Hyper growth leads to many promotional opportunities

Cons

Outside hires in Sr. Leadership positions struggled to understand the product offerings and at times, refused to learn the ecosystems. Instead, they would rely solely on whatever overly structured Fortune 500 company they came from as a playbook for success.
