Thank you for sharing your views. The fact is that we're an essential business that has seen an enormous surge in business activity since the onset of the pandemic, and our executive management has taken decisive action to balance our responsibilities to all stakeholders: customers, shareholders, and employees. We activated our pandemic response plan in mid-March, which resulted in over half of our team members working remotely for an extended period of time. We're proud of the way our team members rallied together and met our customers' needs during this critical time. We're definitely interested in what our team members think about our response to the pandemic, which is why we conducted a company-wide survey earlier this spring. Significant majorities of our team members agreed that Axos provided a healthy and sanitary place to work, that Axos did a good job of educating team members about staying healthy, and that Axos was doing a good job of responding to the pandemic. We're focused on getting -- and keeping -- team members employed to meet increased customer demand; on maintaining a healthy, safe work environment in full compliance with local health regulations; and on delivering value to our shareholders. We're sorry to hear that you do not feel supported, and we'd encourage you to address your concerns directly with your manager.

Pros

There are no pros working here.

Cons

No leadership, poor management and HR, horrible compensation. I would strongly suggest you do your due diligence prior to accepting a role. You may be surprised what you see once you pull back the curtain.

Pros

Building location, and coffee machine

Cons

There is a lack of transparency from management to staff about promotions. Compensation for the position is well below industry average. The company does not facilitate an atmosphere of team bonding, and the outcome is high employee turn over.

Thank you for your review and suggestions for improvement. We encourage our team members to voice recommendations and we continue to look at how we can better attract and retain talent. That’s among the reasons we offer a competitive compensation package that’s made up of base pay plus merit-based bonuses that include stock ownership. These bonuses are paid out twice a year and are based on the individual’s contribution during the preceding 6-month performance period. We want you to succeed and grow professionally at Axos, and so we encourage you to have a discussion with your manager about your career at Axos.
