Pros

Snacks, coffee, and water

Cons

Go drive Uber you’ll make more and have some sanity leftover. This bank operates with 1990s technologies. They had to change their name to run away from the bad perception they earned. Tons of people showing up in the lower level lobby asking to get money. Sketch!

We always appreciate constructive input. We wouldn’t be the disruptive company that we are without two key ingredients: talented, solution-oriented team members and robust technology. We place a high value on both, and we’re sorry to hear you feel otherwise. As you know, ours is a self-governing culture – and that’s why we’d recommend you speak with your manager and bring forward some workable solutions to the issues you’ve raised.

Pros

My time at Axos Bank was bearable because I was lucky to have been part of a great team.

Cons

Terrible company. They did not respond positively with the fluctuating circumstances of COVID-19. Despite the increase in cases, the executives of the company insisted on keeping their employees working on-site. The salary was also quite low compared to what other companies offered. Overall, I decided to leave because of their poor culture and terrible consideration for their employees.

Thank you for your feedback. We are committed to the principle of maintaining the safety and well-being of all team members. We follow CDC and state/county guidelines and comply with all applicable laws and regulations to ensure that in-office work happens safely. Our compensation packages are competitive and comprise a base salary plus merit-based bonus paid out twice a year. As a meritocracy, team members are rewarded for their work ethic as well as their contributions and achievements. Team members often exceed their discretionary bonus targets for truly outstanding work.

Management sucks

Pros

Coworkers are all young (which is a pro if you’re in that age group)

Cons

Management is terrible and keeps reorganizing the org structure every quarter. Nobody takes accountability for their actions and morale is extremely low. Pay is not up to market standard and you will barely make ends meet for slave labor. The bank is constantly falling apart because important people are leaving.
