Pros

Lots of open positions because the turnover is so so high. Good place to earn a pay check while you seek the right job.

Cons

A trusted inner circle that still operates like it is the 1990s but thrives because they feed BS to the CEO and the CEO thinks they do no wrong. They want to hire people for experience but don’t pay for it or make promises about pay but don’t keep their promises. They want to tell experienced people to forget everything they know because that inner corcle knows better. They dont do any communication because they lie and cheat. People who think things are great are either naive or untruthful because such reviews are either fake or solicited. They pay bonuses using company stock because they know most people leave within 3 years so they dont have to pay them or pay only partially due to vesting period of 3 years.

Thanks for your comments. We readily admit that our culture is unique and not for everyone, but we'd like to present some additional perspective regarding the number of open positions: the fact is we're growing, and growing fast. Over the last year, we've created nearly 300 brand new positions. Moreover, team members aged 25-34 represent one of the biggest blocs of our workforce, and U.S. government data show that these workers have the shortest tenure -- 2.8 years -- in their current jobs. Lastly, we understand emotions can sometimes run high, but we operate on a value system underpinned by honesty, integrity, and respect. We hope you find the freedom you're striving for.

Pros

experience through rotations. Get in, get that, and get out

Cons

This company thrives on short term employees. Why? They underpay you, give you false hope for a future, and the CCO is crazy. He was telling the JCAs they shouldnt complain about the lack of pay when they have the opportunity to make 70K+... by working over 12 hour days. You will get the same bonus as your colleague that spends their work hours shopping at the mall, and they dont care because they can and will replace you with someone else who doesnt have work experience.

Pros

*They pay you a salary *Individual teams have good comradery *Sit-stand desks are the norm *Company seems to take diversity seriously, any hint of discrimination is immediately snuffed out and people are terminated if warranted.

Cons

*The salary is below market average, by a LOT *0 WFH opportunity *CEO micromanages and refuses to embrace progress *CEO is worried Amazon will deplatform Axos Bank like Amazon did to Parler which makes me wonder what the CEO is so worried about. *You'll be on-call and expected to drop everything you are doing to get on the phone for even the smallest of items *The turnover for first year employees is ~43%, be ready for never creating meaningful relationships outside your team *Rules are randomly enforced depending on if you're in the good old boys club or not *0 recognition of employees leaving, even if they've been around for 14+ years.
