      Questionable Leadership Ethics

      Pros

      Facility is well-maintained. Snacks seem to be replenished faster than bonus payouts.

      Cons

      There employees who are disciplined for conduct that still work there and managers use their tenure as a justification. It’s tremendously difficult to even obtain the most updated work information that is consistently known by all managers and documented in the handbook. Constant changes without any transparency. Firing sprees for the most unjust reasons.

      Walking in the rain or snow across downtown, no annual raises, high benefits cost with not great coverage, no room for advancement

      Pros

      Great place to learn new things and get valuable experience. Work is challenging but very rewarding. Awesome people to work with, everyone is very friendly.

      Cons

      Pay is on the low end. Teams are very short staffed. There is high turn over. Work life balance can be a bit rough to manage, but may not really be a con to some.
