Thanks for providing this valuable feedback. One of the great aspects of being part of the Axos team is one you mentioned: the opportunities for professional advancement. Our team members dream big and aim high, and those who succeed are rewarded not just with competitive pay packages but also with exciting responsibilities and opportunities for career growth. We appreciate your comments about change management. It’s well-known that change is the only constant in life, and that’s especially the case at Axos: there’s a reason our motto is “Banking evolved.” We’re constantly innovating internally so that we can evolve the products and services we offer customers. We’d love to get your input on how we can improve our culture of change, so please feel free to bring them forward to your manager.

Pros

Building location, and coffee machine

Cons

There is a lack of transparency from management to staff about promotions. Compensation for the position is well below industry average. The company does not facilitate an atmosphere of team bonding, and the outcome is high employee turn over.

Thank you for your review and suggestions for improvement. We encourage our team members to voice recommendations and we continue to look at how we can better attract and retain talent. That’s among the reasons we offer a competitive compensation package that’s made up of base pay plus merit-based bonuses that include stock ownership. These bonuses are paid out twice a year and are based on the individual’s contribution during the preceding 6-month performance period. We want you to succeed and grow professionally at Axos, and so we encourage you to have a discussion with your manager about your career at Axos.

Pros

Snacks, coffee, and water

Cons

Go drive Uber you’ll make more and have some sanity leftover. This bank operates with 1990s technologies. They had to change their name to run away from the bad perception they earned. Tons of people showing up in the lower level lobby asking to get money. Sketch!

We always appreciate constructive input. We wouldn’t be the disruptive company that we are without two key ingredients: talented, solution-oriented team members and robust technology. We place a high value on both, and we’re sorry to hear you feel otherwise. As you know, ours is a self-governing culture – and that’s why we’d recommend you speak with your manager and bring forward some workable solutions to the issues you’ve raised.
