Pros

Axos Bank is a great company for young professionals looking to grow and climb the corporate ladder. Axos was my first job out of college. Due to the team being lean, I worked long days and took on multiple responsibilities. Throughout my 4.5 year tenure, I have been promoted two times and have been given the opportunity to take on new projects and roles. These opportunities allowed me to better aligning my current role with my long term career goals. So far, Axos has proven to reward hard work and dedication.

Cons

At times the Work/Life Balance can be difficult to maintain.

Pros

Easy to get hired, Great entry level position for someone who can get hired elsewhere

Cons

Consistently poor management, senior leaders have no problem reminding staff that they are replaceable and have zero loyalty in their people, they are short sighted and cost conscience to the detriment of its employees. Pay is low even though employees are held to nearly impossible standards. In addition zero investment is made into the well being and performance of employees. Recruiters will tout the opportunity as hip, growing and full of advancement opportunities. In reality working at Axos is like working in an old school boys club circa 1960. Do yourself a favor and run in the other direction. In addition: Benefits have high deductibles. 401K Match is a joke Bonuses are 50% Restricted Stock (3 years vesting) Check out BofI Federal Bank page for a clear picture. Same company new name.
