Pros

Variety of projects and interesting work. Lots of opportunities to learn and advance. Colleagues are supportive, and the excellent teamwork makes a serious difference. Good pay and solid benefits.

Cons

The pace can be intense, not for everyone.

Pros

You get to work on some really cool stuff here (asset types, loan structures, etc.).

Cons

The pay isn't the best, and work/life balance is a bit of an afterthought.

Pros

The role offers opportunities to work on interesting projects but the fast-paced environment can sometimes feel overwhelming. While there’s room for improvement in work-life balance, I appreciate the support I get from my team when tackling challenging tasks.

Cons

Raises take time and base salary should be improved.

Axos operates in an extremely dynamic and competitive industry where our fast-paced, self-governing culture is one of continual learning and evolvement. Team Members are eligible for an annual compensation review in addition to the discretionary semi-annual bonus.
