We strongly believe our best work happens when employees are together. The office environment provides opportunities for collaboration and spontaneous interaction that simply doesn't happen virtually.

A company that worships money and forgets its people

Pros

The only peace I ever found was in the garden outside the building. It was the one place I could breathe and escape the constant negativity that filled the workplace.

Cons

- The pace was brutal, leaving no room to think or rest - The manager constantly hovered over everyone, making every moment tense and unbearable - There was never a sense of calm in the office, only exhaustion and frustration - Rude clients were common, but the real problem was the utter lack of respect from those in charge - Breaks were a joke—getting called back to work during lunch was normal because some “VIP” client always came first - The work culture was suffocating, built on fear and blind obedience - The people in charge pretended to care, smiling for photos while treating staff like disposable tools - Promises of work-life balance and fair treatment were nothing but lies to keep people quiet - Every action screamed that money mattered more than the human beings keeping the company running
