Pros

I’ve worked at banks where analysts were seen as support, not contributors. Here, it’s different. I’m part of discussions, and my numbers influence decisions. My manager trusts me to own my reports without constant follow-up. I appreciate that balance between independence and guidance—it helps me grow faster than I expected.

Cons

Management is very involved in day to day operations and this can be mistaken as micromanaging.

At Axos, our Team Members are our most valuable assets. We pursue excellence through strong communication and collaboration. As a federally regulated bank, we adhere to numerous compliance standards that guide our operations. Our compensation packages are competitive, consisting of a base salary and a discretionary merit-based bonus paid twice annually.

Pros

You'll master patience and sarcasm because that's the only way to stay sane here.

Cons

-If you're even thinking of joining this chaotic mess, stop right now and save yourself the headache. -Onboarding was an embarrassing failure; I waited months just to get the tools I needed because basic organization doesn't seem to exist here. -Leadership has completely vanished—no direction, no support, just empty promises. -The COO's idea of "motivation" is shouting at employees who are already doing the impossible to keep things afloat. -The goals are impossible to meet, and the communication is a full-blown disaster. -Management has no issue pushing people into unethical choices if it benefits them, no matter who gets hurt. -The turnover is so bad that it feels like a running joke—people quit before you even learn their names.
