As for our salaries: it's admittedly a tight labor market, but Axos compensation packages are competitive and comprise base salary plus performance-linked bonus. The bonus target for most team members is 20%, but team members who surpass their performance expectations normally exceed their bonus targets. At the end of the day, this is consistent with our meritocratic company culture, in which team members are rewarded on the basis of their accomplishments. If you're concerned about the level of your compensation, consider speaking with your manager about the kinds of initiatives you can undertake to exceed your performance expectations.
