We appreciate your taking the time to share your feedback. Our culture is a meritocracy, which means we reward individuals and teams for their achievements. We run a tight ship, set high expectations, and move fast. At the same time, our culture also values traits like respect and fairness among team members. It's a lot to balance, and our work is never done. Thanks for your service, and best of luck in the next phase of your career.

Pros

The occasional paycheck and maybe a few decent coworkers.

Cons

This place is a control-driven nightmare where every move you make is tracked, and trust simply doesn't exist. Management has unrealistic demands, zero clarity, and it's a culture that thrives on intimidation rather than support. The COO is notorious for being loud and abusive, which sets the tone for the entire environment. Onboarding was so insane that it took months before I even had the tools to do my job properly, yet somehow the blame still fell on me. It feels like the whole setup exists to protect managers while employees take the fall, and the high turnover speaks volumes.

We are committed to fostering a respectful and inclusive workplace where all employees are treated with dignity. Our managers complete essential training to support this commitment, and our onboarding process is designed to meet regulatory standards, which may require additional time. We hope that any concerns were raised during your time with us so they could be addressed appropriately.

Pros

Location that's all there is to it

Cons

1. Extremely unprofessional management and middle level managers. Lies, gaslighting, outright double-dealing are normalized to keep rank and file in check. I've worked in other atmospheres where nothing like this exists. My manager would yell at me in front of his to cover his own behind. This is fraud. 2. High turnover, go figure. Nobody stays longer than 6 months to a year. 3. It feels like a start-up with no funding 4. The most pathetic and hilarious system I've seen. There is no SLA procedure. I saw a midwit escalate a nothing burger straight to CEO just because he had access via Skype.
