4yWe appreciate constructive feedback. Our compensation structure reflects our meritocratic culture, which embraces entrepreneurship and rewards team members for their achievements. Compensation comprises base pay plus a performance-related bonus paid out twice a year. Team members who meet their goals can expect to receive a bonus of 20 percent; those who exceed their performance goals regularly earn more. If you're concerned about your compensation, we suggest you speak with your manager about possible avenues to expand your responsibilities and/or exceed your performance expectations, and ultimately put you in a position to earn a more lucrative bonus.
